KNOW BEFORE YOU GO
We are pleased to host you at WSU Vancouver on June 5th and 6th for the 2024 Advisory Council Summit. In advance of your travels, we wanted to send you some information that may be helpful as you finalize your plans. SUMMIT INFO:
On the Advisory Council Summit (ACS) website you will find the Summit agenda, list of attendees.
MEETING SPACE:
The Welcome Reception and Dinner will be held at the AC Hotel Vancouver Waterfront on Wednesday evening beginning at 5:00 p.m. Both events will be held on the first floor of the hotel.
HOTEL INFO:
The host hotels for the ACS are the AC Hotel Vancouver Waterfront and the Hotel Indigo Vancouver. They are located within a three-minute walk from each other. Attendees will need to provide a credit card for incidentals at check-in but will not be charged for the cost of the hotel room.
SHUTTLE INFORMATION:
On Thursday morning, a shuttle bus will be provided from the AC Hotel Vancouver Waterfront Hotel to campus. Guests at the Hotel Indigo should head to the lobby of the AC Hotel to catch the shuttle. Please plan to be in the lobby five minutes before the listed departure time.
Thursday, June 6
Depart AC Hotel: 7:30 a.m.
Return to Hotel: 4:00 p.m. (or at conclusion of summit)
*For guests planning to attend the Life Science Building Dedication a bus will be taking guests back to the AC Hotel at the conclusion of the event.
PARKING INFO:
There will be three parking lots designated for the day to park for free. Follow the signs up the main entrance and continue along Sam Smith Dr. to parking lots Orange 3, Green 3 or Red 3.
DRESS CODE:
Cougar Casual! Dress for comfort.
