We are pleased to host you in Everett on June 3rd and 4th for the 2025 WSU Advisory Council Summit. In advance of your travels, we wanted to send you some information that may be helpful as you finalize your plans. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to reach out.

SUMMIT INFO:
On the Advisory Council Summit (ACS) website you will find the Summit agenda, list of attendees, and summit pre-reads.
RECEPTION & DINNER LOCATION:
The Welcome Reception and Dinner will be held at the Hotel Indigo Everett Waterfront (1028 13th St., Everett, WA 98201) on Tuesday evening beginning at 5:00 p.m. Both events will be held on the first floor of the hotel.
HOTEL INFO:
The host hotel for the ACS is the Hotel Indigo Everett Waterfront. Attendees will need to provide a credit card for incidentals at check-in, but will not be charged for the cost of the hotel room.
TRANSPORTATION FROM HOTEL TO CAMPUS:
On Wednesday morning, transportation will be provided from the Hotel Indigo Everett Waterfront to the WSU Everett campus for the all-day Advisory Council Summit. Please plan to be in the lobby five minutes before the listed departure time.
Wednesday, June 4
Depart Hotel Indigo: 7:30 a.m.
Return to Hotel: 4:00 p.m. (or at the conclusion of the summit)
PARKING INFO:
A parking pass will not be needed to park at WSU Everett on June 4, 2025.
DRESS CODE:
Cougar Casual! Dress for comfort.
